By signing this document I, _____________________________ agree that I will not hold Wondertucky Distillery & Bottling, Inc., any of it's officers, employees, or affiliates responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to myself or my personal property associated with activities participated in during the course of the distilling classes. I agree that all participation is at my own risk.

 

I agree to observe all posted rules and regulations, and to abide by any oral instructions given to me by the class instructor, and all other designees of the instructor. I agree to be held responsible for any damage done to items, equipment or stock that results from negligence on my part, or failure to comply with said rules or instructions. Should any such damage occur I agree that I will be held responsible for the value of the damaged items.

 

I further agree that I shall not use any of the knowledge or experience gained in these classes to engage or participate in any illegal activity. Classes are strictly for the purpose of education, and/or gaining knowledge in pursuit of licensing.

 

By signing this document I affirm that I am 21 years of age or older. I shall be liable for the agreed upon cost of $3500.00 for the Basic Distilling Class. I agree to be fully and legally bound by the terms of this agreement.
